“Decanter arrived in good shape and without damage. The glasses on the other hand were very poorly packaged and one was shattered. Customer service made it right by putting in an order for a replacement glass which, after a lengthy wait showed up undamaged BUT with the wrong lettering so still waiting on a glass to complete the set which was supposed to an thanksgiving gift. At this rate I don't believe it will be a Xmas gift either”
