One side note - I opened the box before gift wrapping it and noticed a small blemish on one of the glasses. Their customer service was INCREDIBLE!! I emailed my concern, and had a response from Crystal within 30 minutes, and a totally new replacement glass on the way within the hour. Seriously, customer service doesn't get any better than that!
