“Well, it took 2 tries - the first set of 4 glasses had the bottom lettering (#3, Heston) way too small. After a couple of rounds of emails, to their credit, they did send another set with the right size lettering - i.e., as it appears in the picture. The replacement set looks great!”

Everything was packaged safely and well. The engraving looks great (deep and visible) The lettering is a little wonky due to the shape of the glass I'm assuming, but Keith is quick to respond and help troubleshoot anything you need.
