He resent my items (which I appreciate very much) instead of giving me excuses or the run around why I didn’t receive them in the first place. The glasses are very nice! “This is a quality product, my husband loved it! I can’t say enough about the customer service I received from Keith! My 1st package arrived damaged and Keith immediately issued a replacement, unfortunately I only received 1 glass in the replacement box but Keith was apologetic and sent a second glass out immediately and threw in some whiskey stones for my trouble!
