“I ordered two sets of the Five Survival Groomsmen Knives to be engraved as awards for unit. Although we are not all men, the knife is an appropriate tool for our unit. I haven't given them yet, but they are beautiful and being that they are "Survival" knives, I hope they are never needed.
There was one knife out of ten that had an error. When I notified Customer Service, they responded super quickly, and have worked to correct the issue. Despite that little issue, I still think the service and company are great. I'd like to give you 4.8 stars, but can't split the stars on the rating.”
