“I am very pleased with the product; however, I was disappointed that my personalization was not followed EXACTLY the way that I had submitted it. I had submitted two (2) instances where I used an apostrophe (Bartoszewicz' and Fishin'). The apostrophes were intentionally placed; and at least one was used for proper punctuation!
