“I purchased this as a Christmas gift with high hopes but low expectations. This was my first order/dealings with "Home Wet Bar" so I wasn't sure what to expect. I did my due diligence and read MANY reviews of the product and the company, most being very high ratings. I decided to pull the trigger and give this company a chance. WOW am I glad that I did!!! The ratings (based on my experience) were correct. The quality of the product was amazing and there attention to customer satisfaction was fantastic! I had several questions that I emailed them on separate occasions, all after 8pm. I received an automated response each time, within an hour and an actual response from customer service by 6am the next morning....that is impressive!!! I have since place more orders with them, including "personalization" on some glasses and also emailed them some concerns with errors that I made in the ordering process. The reply email assured me that any mistake I made in my order would be corrected and I would receive the item the way I wanted it to look. When the product arrived it was exactly the way I wanted it and the quality of the product was WELL WORTH the money I paid.
