“The crystal decanter, glasses, and tray are nice. It is difficult to read the wording inscribed though. Had to call twice as there was a problem with the delivery. Would have been nice to have been notified of the delay. Customer Service was very helpful in tracking our order.”
“Item arrived looking exactly as the website indicated it would. The quality meets the value which is acceptable for me. I very well could have spent over $1000 on a set that does the exact same thing. It also arrived very fast which was great.”

It took about 5 days before arrival, and the quality just wasn't worth the total price I felt I paid for everything ($260). With all that said, it's still a very neat product.”
