“Although the product is fine, I paid extra for 2 day shipping and it took a total of 15 days from order to delivery, causing it to not be here for Christmas. When you say 4 to 6 days to ship and then I pay for 2 day shipping, worst case scenario removing weekends I should've had it by the 23rd. I would not have paid for shipping of I knew it wouldn't Hager made it, I would've let our come normally. I am requesting my shipping cost back.”
