“This purchase gave me great satisfaction, I am not used to the taste of this particular brand of honey before but I liked it.It has a strong taste to it, maybe due to type of flower the bees collect it from.”

“I have yet to find an off the shelf raw honey that I can taste the beeswax. Here is the only one. I guess it means it is not filtered. Neither is it black. It's a mediim light color.”

“I never had Tupelo honey and cannot say how authentic this is, but I can say that it is definitely not the honey bear honey, and has a unique flavor which is growing on me and has enhanced my collection of honeys that I am currently trying from around the world. Some of the honeys I have bought are creamy and some are clear. This one is clear, but not overly runny and has a nice mouth feel to it. The consistency is a lot like the sourwood and galberry honey I have tried, although the flavors are all different. Can you tell I eat honey by the spoon? I do, and I also love it over coconut yogurt (I'm dairy intolerant). I am pleased with this purchase.”
