“I purchased as a gift, I hope he enjoys it. The packaging was very good, but I am disappointed it did not come in the black box as it is advertised and it did not have that special label over the cap to ensure it had not been opened prior. As it is a gift, those features would have been nice...!”

“If you like to experiment with flavors, you've got to add this to your pantry. I added it to a recipe for honey Dijon chicken and OMG it just made it 100% better. It's not overly hot but there's definitely a little kick of heat; it's spicy for flavor, not heat. I did not buy this through Amazon so I can't comment on packaging. I bought it at an Oil shop in Maryland and paid quite a bit more for it; so I'm happy to see it here through Amazon. The Bourbon Honey is just as lovely, too!”

“I did not buy this honey through Amazon, but I'm glad to see that I can get it here when my current jar runs low. I picked up a 12 oz jar while vacationing on Long Island, and this honey is truly unique. It's wonderful with cheese, and it's wonderful just on a plain old saltine cracker. It has a zip that regular honey is lacking. If you try it, I don't think you will be disappointed.Update, September 2018: I did end up ordering this from Amazon and it arrived in a lightly padded envelope. The lid of the honey jar was loose and the honey was leaking. This honey is the absolute best hot honey. I have also ordered it directly from the company, and the jars came wrapped in bubble wrap, and each of the bubble wrapped jars was in its own sturdy box within a larger box. No leakage, no broken bottles, excellent packaging.”
