“I have been making this well-crafted honey a part of my regular diet for a year now and it has substantially improved my health. My inflammation issues have essentially disappeared. I first learned of the benefits of propolis and royal jelly from some NIH case studies (believe it or not) and I tried it when affected by URI. I had my propolis/royal jelly blend on hand, mixed with a bit of grated, raw ginger brew and I essentially recovered by the end of the day. The next day I was 100%. It has been an excellent preventative. You can't beat the price. I've compared.”

“You can feel a little buzz of energy from this stuff with just a little spoonful. I just have it raw. I’ve seen other reviews on here about putting it in coffee… not a bad idea. I’ve had it with tea and it’s a perfect addition. Love this stuff”
