“The cords are great but the customer service is even greater. We ordered 100 cords and had them within 2 days BUT they accidentally sent the wrong color. Any other company would take a while to get back to me about this but Honors Graduation got back to me within two hours AND, without asking, included information for the replacements they had already started shipping along with an apology and a return label for other cords.
