Thanks for letting us know! Your tracking number, which should have been emailed to you, currently shows that the package was provided to the USPS on May 4th but was last listed as IN TRANSIT on May 10th.
Unfortunately, we do need to rely on shipping carriers to get packages to our customers.
If you email our customer service team with your order number, we'd be happy to ship out a replacement package. If the first package ever does arrive, we'd just ask you to mark it as return to sender and it will make its way back to us.
