“It would be nice if they were to keep an update of when it is being shipped and just the process of ordering the cords. I haven't heard anything about my cords since I put in my card information. I am not too pleased with the process at all.”
Hi Paige, tracking information should have been sent to you within a day of your ordering. It's possible that the email went to a junk folder or there was a glitch in the system.
