I'm sorry that you didn't get to wear your cord at Graduation. Our policy is to ship orders on the same day they are ordered if ordered by 3pm Mountain Time. Otherwise we ship them the next business day. You ordered on a Friday night, and choose 4 to 6 day delivery, so they weren't shipped till the following Monday. If you would like to return your cords for a refund we would be happy to help you with that. Thank you,
