“We purchased the Auto-fill Pet Bowl a couple of years ago and it was fantastic knowing that our dogs had an endless supply of water to drink. When it stopped working we had to revert back to remembering to fill the water bowl which was a daily chore. After months of this, I finally contacted the helpful staff at Hoselink who offered some advise for how to fix the float. I ended up ordering a replacement float which arrived within 2-3 days and it took about 30 seconds to change over then, “voilà!”, it worked, good as new!! Thanks Hoselink!!!”
