“We had a most amazing experience. Our little Jack Russel seemed to be frightened of the bowl and wouldn't drink from it. This was very concerning, as we bought the Pet Bowl to ensure 'Jess' would have sufficient water while we were away for a couple of days. We tried treats without success, so rang our Vet. They had not experienced this and encouraged us to be patient. I then rang Hoselink and the lady i spoke to had never had anyone call to say they had this experience, and suggested we continue to do what we were doing. We persevered, moved the bowl and continued to encourage 'Jess' with treats until the next morning, we had success and 'Jess' is happy using the Pet Bowl.”
