“I have loved our retractable hose. Whilst it is a premium product, I loved that the company was Australian and I loved how sturdy it looked. The hose has recently stopped retracting so I contacted Hoselink. They said it was out of warranty and suggested the 'arm' was broken and I paid for a replacement arm to be sent. There was an issue with the arm being sent out and I had ot chase it up approx 2 weeks later. I received an apology and a refund of the $30 which was appeciated and on the weekend I replaced the arm. However the silly thing still doesn't work and still doesn't retract. I now have very long, heavy and messy hose on the floor of our garden. I expected that this product would last longer than 4 years and will need to reopen it up again on the weekend and see if I can get the thing going again. I feel a little disappointed. I'm sure that if I simply bought a cheaper brand from Bunnings I would have had a replacement more easily. Your products look so sturdy and heavy (quality) however mine simply did not last and I expected more from a premium product”
