“It's a fantastic product no doubt. Some downsides though:1. The thread is the wrong direction - I don't know how often I've fitted the connector and undone the screw fitting on the tap! Should have been the other way around!2. The interfacing rubber O-rings seal really well while the plastic engaging interlocks are still quite fresh but my kids have a habit of disconnecting under pressure and while the O-rings seem to stay engaged remarkably well under most circumstances, they certainly disappear pretty quickly if disconnected under pressure!3. These so called Australia Post Delays? My god I've had an order delayed now for weeks and weeks? I bought my wife some boots from Melbourne and they arrived to my address in NSW in three days. I'm nearly ready to cancel my order, get my money back and go to Bunnings. Come on guys send my stuff!”
“I am having trouble connecting my kit to the tap it spurts of the tap even when I have the slightest pressure. I have reconnected it a number of times.I have used Hoselink for years without any problems so I am very disappointed.”
