“Firstly let me say I like your product and would recommend this product, however I would like to point out a problem we had with your hose to accessory connection. After much use the hose coupling began to leak and the coupling distorted (hard to believe) and the hose began to leak (the o rings were in place. The reason for making you aware of this fault is not to critics the product but hopefully to give you feedback to investigate this possible flaw in the coupling system Regards david”
“Received the products - no explanation on how they are put together (not that you should need much) - can't get one of the attachments to work without water spraying out everywhere - dont know if there is a defect in the product or i have attached it incorrectly. The attachments to the hose are so tight that if you need to change it it is near impossible to remove them (unless you have the strength of hercules) - shouldn't be this hard - it resolves the issue of the hose slipping but for me it has caused worse issues”
