“Hi Hoselink Team,Thanks so much for sending through the review opportunity. I’ve been purchasing your products for many years now and they are very good. People who I’ve spoken to who have not been happy after a time, I’ve spoken to about ‘seals’ and general maintenance and once they understand the support products are in place to give them a continued great product, they appear happy.I was concerned about longer term degradation of the housing but now have the covers on my three new units.The one ‘complaint’ I/we, my wife drew me to it, was that the three reels we purchased to change out the existing ‘Bunnings’ reels at our Neerim Drive residence, all suffer a meter plus retraction issue. That is, for the first time, we’re finding, after turning the water off, hitting the gun to release any pressure in the hose and retracting the hose, they all have a ‘weak’ retention spring. We have 2 x 25m and 1 x 30m and they all suffer the same issue.We feel you have an issue with the spring supplier. It’s not the end of the world, I may just end up cutting off a meter of hose.
