Hi Georgina,Thanks for your comments!To prevent the O-Rings from popping out when you undo the hose connections you need to ensure you have released the water pressure. To do this, simply turn the tap off and squeeze the trigger on the spray gun and that will stop that from happening. Kind Regards,The Hoselink Team
