“Fits perfectly to the tap fittings, but the best thing I like about the connectors is that if I forget to turn the tap off. They won;t burst off, like so many other fittings i've tried over the years. Especially in summer when the hose becomes soft or elastic due to the heat of summer.”

Hi Davin, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your Hoselink fittings. The o-rings do not become worn therefore we believe that is not the problem on this occasion. It sounds like the hose end connector is not fitted correctly or the hose you are using is not the standard 12mm size. We would recommend re-fitting the hose end, ensuring the hose is cut straight and that you use boiling water to complete. If the split ring does not fit on the hose tightly, we would recommend cutting a small 2mm section (with secateurs) to increase the size of the split because this will allow the split ring to clamp around the hose more, holding it in place.
