“Had to use part of it to attach the wand I also ordered to the other end of my hose because the hose to accessory I ordered from you for this purpose was the wrong one. Consequently I need to order another hose end connector but delivery costs make it infeasible. At present I am continuing to use my old connections. Really love my wand though!”
“I only really needed the tap part but on the website I could not find just the tap part and had to buy the hose connector as well, but, in the catalogue which came with the order I see that I could have bought just the tap part. Maybe make it a little easier to find the exact part on your website. I needed the tap part to connect to a pressure washer that I had recently purchased as it only came with the silly click connection which flew off the minute I turned the tap on. With your connection it stays connected so I completely recommend the above connector.”
