“This is the first time I used Hoselink, direct to make a purchase. I took the tap fittings I had purchased elsewhere, so I could explain and show what was happening, with the current tap fittings. To my amazement the staff member who attended to me, took me out side to place the fittings on a tap to see the problem. Upon seeing the problem and allowing me to explain what I wanted the fitting to do, I was then shown a Hoselink fitting and a connection to a tap on site to show the problem I had would not occur with the Hoselink fitting. I find this amazing service, rare to find in store these days. It is usually a young person who has not had sufficient training struggling to find a solution. In this instance the person was not an older person, and had thorough knowledge of the product in store and was able to say it will work. Now we all know the proof in the pudding is in the eating. I have attached the fitting to my tap and it had not leaked. A genuine tap fitting, service from someone who knows their product. On another point, I usually receive product reviews immediately after purchase and had not had sufficient time to test the product. In this instance I made my purchase some time ago, have had time to use the product and give a genuine review of the product. Thank you for waiting Hoselink. Well done Hoselink and a gold medal to the person who served me on the day I attended Hoselink.”
