“The entire concept and engineering for the hoselink components, including the Hose Joiner set is extremely clever. I purchased a full set for my mother and the hose real is simple to use and can be operated with ease, however she suffers with bad arthritis and the joiners are difficult for her to use with her hands. As you seem genuinley able to engineer solutions to the problem of garden fittings it would be a nice addition to your range to have a fitting available with a better grip (perhaps a wing nut style design) to assist those customers who suffer limited grab strength in their hands due to arthritis. I currently change the fittings when I am visiting and I am certainly impressed with the simplicity of the connection pieces and how well they work.”
