“Delivery was perfect, My partner tried to install it with help from your video but on trying to tighten the bolts with a cordless drill onto the wall, the screws burred he was not happy !! Now we have to borrow a nut wrench to tighten them as we don’t keep tools anymore. As he doesn’t live with me I have to wait to use the hose as it’s not surcure we didn’t put on to the wall mount yet.”
