“I had one of these, but the center hose pipe connector was cracked, reason unknown. Improve your POST delivery. Consignment reached Melbourne within a day. It has taken seven days for the delivery, but delivered on the final specified day.. Some parcels POST deliver very fast. I am not aware whether they charge extra for those deliveries.”
“The connector is okay but always drips so I have to turn the tap off which is a little inconvenient in my circumstances but it’s not too bad. I had a new connector sent to me because the last one leaked quite badly. The fact that the new one also leaks indicates either a poor design or poor manufacturing. I’m not very impressed given the accolades you give yourselves. The inconvenience of having to constantly change my garden attachments because of your hose fittings not complying with the normal click on type makes me shy away from your products in the future.”
