“Fantastic- I was trying to remove a hose end fitting from a hose end which had hardened due to sun exposure (not a Hoselink hose). Eventually had to put the hose in a vice after undoing the threaded coller and banging it off with a lump hammer. The result was that the part of the fitting that inserts into the hose broke off. I was resigned to buying a new one at the warehouse however it was replaced FOC with the advice to always soften the hose end in boiling water when attaching or removing the fitting - What great service I recommend the product Regards John Wood”
