“Ordered this fitting to complete DIY installation of a spray-drip irrigation system in our back garden. It was delivered very promptly after we ordered it, but on first examination of the fitting, the white washer posed a problem when attaching it to a hosepipe. However, after consulting the Hoselink video website, I found Tim's thorough and informative instructions on how to fit the white ring-washer.
