“This is a well designed watertight joint and what's more, there is no male or female component. Two of these components fit together beautifully and do not deteriorate from being dragged along the ground. Difficult for some older people to fit to the end of a hose though, since the split ring is very hard to push on if you have arthritis.. Since most gardeners are older people, it surprises me that this sector of buyers has not been taken into account.”
