“The plastic lever is poorly designed as it does not fit the spindle correctly. It has excessive clearance and is very substandard. The actual connector needs to be redesigned so that the lever attaches to the inner valve without Movement. Using aluminium may improve it, but as it stands not worth buying. The same design flaw shows up in similar on/off connectors and Hoselink needs to redesign the concept.”
“I’m extremely disappointed in this product as it constantly needs replacing which in turn pollutes the environment being plastic. It would be so much better if it was made from metal so it would last.”
