“Thank you for supplying the flow control lever at no cost, due to the original lever breaking.The flow control unit that I purchased is the third unit that I have purchased. While I am pleased with the idea and usual performance of the unit I am disappointed with the short life of the unit. As I tried to explain to your employee on the phone there is an o ring deep down in the unit which on two occasions has dislodged and squeezed out from the side of its housing and has caused me to get very wet. The person I spoke to said that it would not be covered under warranty and that there are two o rings that are replaceable ( there are in fact three). Despite your advertised statement of lifetime guarantee against this failure. As this is a failure where I thought I should have been able to obtain from you and replace the o ring I investigated dis-assembling the unit, but was unable to do so without damaging it beyond further use. The idea of the product is very good but this failure which I have now experienced on two occasions lessens the confidence in the product and does not stand behind your lifetime guarantee against getting wet while using the product.”
“Product is fine becomes very brittle after a while from sun and then becomes very easy to break. Be good if you could just go to store for replacement but as I’m in WA and product on east coast you have to pay postage unless you spend ex amount of money then you get free postage.”
