“Experience was good by the phone operator. I still believe that the lever will be an ongoing problem the rest of your range ha no issues. I have purchased over time 4 hose reals all perfect. Also when you change the clip you have to undo two fillips screws. This weekend the tension of the fittings in side the external mechanism. I have replaced 7 clips so far.”

“I have had several connectors fail internally and a couple of handles break. Its great you can get a cheap spare part but it would be better if the design was a little stronger in the first place. - Hopefully the revised models are better and stronger in the future as this is the best accessory but also the most prone to fail.”
