“I find overall that the hoselink system is very good and that the flow control particularly useful, the only criticism I have is that the flow control lever is easily broken if dropped so maybe it could be made with a different plastic.”
“The lever for the flow control connector broke so I sent an email explaining what had happened and within a couple of days I had the replacement part in the mail at no charge. Great service.”
“Sent promptly at no charge but was not the right size. I had one of the earlier models.Visited showroom and on explaining the situation, accepted a discounted offer on a spray gun as an alternative along with fittings at no charge. This all done without any hesitation by staff. A very satisfactory conclusion for me, at 83, leaving me with a refreshing feeling, that there are companies out there who still value their clients. It is no wonder you are so successful..”
“I was delighted with the service, not only because the part was despatched quickly but also because it was provided free of charge for both the part and postage. I would have been quite happy to pay the 50cents for the part and postage costs up to $2.”
“Great to see that you can get spare parts if needed instead of having to buy a new whole item.. Gives me peace of mind and that l am buying quality.Makes me keep coming back.”
