“These are a great product and make changing nozzles easy while in the garden however I have bought several of these and all suffer from the same issue, the shut off lever is weak and continually breaks rendering the connector useless and not fit for purpose. I have several broken ones in my shed al suffering from the same failure.Is it possible to buy a replacement lever without having to buy a new connector?”
“I phoned to order a new hose connector and was amazed to be told the part was covered under warranty. Couple of days later it arrived and the hose is back in action. Can't ask for better service.”
