“The flow control lever that came with the bundle package that I got one year ago broke, and this is the replacement part. Whilst I have been informed by Hoselink that they have made significant improvement to the lever, I was hoping that Hoselink would replace it under the warranty that comes with the bundle package. However, I was informed that the flow control wasn't part of the warranty although it was part of the bundle package. Lesson learnt is to read the finer print and seek clarifications prior to purchase.”
“The connection eas faulty & where the yellow flow control was, it blew out in my face water.Was not exspecting that at all. Not very happy considering saved to get the all the hose etc.Have replacement, see how it gors.”
“I noted that you have a special washer to hold the hose in place to the connector. I have previously noted that the hose keeps coming apart within the connector. I think if I had spare washers to compress the hose within the connector it would help. Right now I have no spares.Bill Silvester.”
“We purchased 3 x 30 m hoses with connectors and adaptors. The hoses are excellent and the connectors work well. No leaks and easy to connect to existing sprinklers and taps.Very happy with our purchases Would purchase again but I feel we won’t need to due to the excellent quality!”
