“I HAVE FOUND THAT THE ON/OFF CONTROL WILL TURN TO THE OFF POSITION WHEN ONE REPOSITIONS THE HOSE TO ANOTHER POSITION, SAY ON THE LAWN AFTER A PERIOD OF WATERING. MY LAWN IS BUFFALO & DENSE WHICH MAKES ME RETURN TO THE TAP TO TURN OF THEN CORRECT THE ON/OFF UNIT TO ON, THEN TURN ON THE TAP.”
“An excellent device. It now means that I can shift the sprinkler without having to get wet or go to the tap. I have about 3 metres of hose connecting to a click-on sprinkler rose, that I connect to the flow control connector; turn off and on 3 metres from the watering site. Also it is great for controlling water to plants that I need to soak for a time. It does not work well when the flow control connector is the last connector where the water comes out, because the water still comes out under pressure. But again a small hose after the flow control connector and I can control the water to the plant from a trickle to full flow. Also if I may. Your new hand held multi function sprayers that come with the hose reels are wonderful; much easier to use, much easier to grip for any length of time. Thank you and I hope you can keep going through the COVID crisis.”
“I have been very impressed with the convenience of being able to regulate the flow at the nozzle; however, connectors had breakages within twelve months. I mention this in a previous survey and I was contacted by Hoselink within a very short period of time and was notified that two new connectors had been sent. Thank you for your quick response without me having to request replacement and a no nonsense, no questions approach to replacement of defective items. Thank you.”
“The connector works well for quite a few months until the YELLOW plastic lever breaks then it is awkward to use. If that lever was made out of metal of some sort it would be a vast improvement. I have already had several replaced. Many thanks BOB.”
