“Less than 12months since I purchased a 30m Retractable Hose Reel and somehow the yellow screw in component of the flow control snapped. I was unable to remove the component to rep;lace it with a spare. Additionally Permium 7 function spray nozzle was leaking. I used the chat facility online and Ryan asked me to send photos of thefaulty components. They were replaced under warranty within a week. I only had to pay for postage. I have been a longtime user of Hoselink products but this is the first time I've had to make a claim under warranty. I highly recommend the company and the products.”
“A flow control unit was originally purchased around three years ago, however the open close handle became brittle and eventually broke off at the side connections, that is the reason for purchasing a new unit. This flow control is extremely useful and allows water control without having to return to the source at the tap. I trust this replacement will last a little longer!”

“I’m not 100% happy . The hose spray is not working as well as the original. When the trigger is pressed the spray opens ok but when trigger is released the spray continues for about 5 seconds before the flow shuts off.”
