“The plastic control handle is flimsy and I have broken a few. I have complained about this but nothing has been done. I would be happy to pay a little more and have a metal control handle similar to the Blaster. I would suggest if you buy one of these you also order some spare control handles. Also the ball valve inside does not always fully open as it appears the control handle and the locator on the ball are poorly aligned. I cannot say I would not recommend this product as this would be unfair but it definitely needs a redesign.”

“As much as I love your products, I have to say that this is the second one I have had to purchase becausethe yellow bit ( the piece that turns the flow on and off) perished and broke. It should be made out of metal so it doesn't perish from the hot sun.”
