“The flow control hose connector is all plastic and I believe does not meet your usually high standard. I think they should be constructed of some form of metal ie brass or steel similar to a standard ball valve. In the mean time, i guess i will continue to replace as required.”

We understand that it may not meet the high standards you expect from our brand. We appreciate your suggestion of using metal materials such as brass or steel. In the meantime, we understand that it can be frustrating to have to replace the connector as required, which is why we have warranties in place to cover this sort of thing.
