“I have had this connector for a while now and thoroughly enjoy the ability to regulate water flow for whatever purpose. However over time (15 months) the yellow plastic flow lever becomes weather worn and brittle. This subsequently led to the product failing. At the time I recall looking to order just the 'replacement lever' for $1 yet it required a delivery charge around $7. Up till this point the entire Kit I purchased was working very well, I just couldn't justify spending $8 (incl. delivery) on a $1 product, or $15 (incl delivery) on the replacement flow control unit worth $7.90. I have since come to learn that there is free delivery (send via envelope) on small items, which is terrific. As a result of value for money I ordered another Water Wise Kit which included water flow regulator (didn't need it all, just the hose connector with flow control). I have just tried to order a replacement lever today, yet they are Sold Out.For me the take outs are :* I still enjoy the product, very much.* FREE delivery now (envelope delivery) on replacement items eg. flow control lever - fantastic.* Consider a stronger alternative than plastic for the flow controller eg. non-corrosive metal? It might be a bit more to manufacture, but I'm sure the savings from not having to post FREE might offset this.Murray”

“I'm using this to connect two hose reels together. It's allowing me to water half the garden with one hose reel then turn off the flow to allow me to connect to a second reel without having to return to the tap. I also transfer the spray head from the first hose to the second. All very easy with no leaks. It's making watering the harder to reach end of the garden much easier. Very happy with the products.”
