“I purchased two of these units, one does not fully shut off the flow when in the closed position. The other works fine. I would like a replacement unit, please advise.”

“I totaly agree with Robert Bently. The plastic flow control arm is not designed well, breaks very easily. I have two of those, both demaged within months of use. It should be made from stronger material, perhaps aluminium.”
“Plastic control arm is extremely flimsy and therefore cracks easily. Doesn't stand up to the slightest ill-treatment, dragging it across a lawn will break it. Faulty design. Probably fabricate my own once my most recent replacement inevitably fails.”
