“I love the Hose connector with flow control and have it on all three hoses at our home. Sadly all three hoses have connectors with broken or cracked on/off levers. All three hoses have several of these connectors fitted, but they eventually fail. Please, please, please modify this product with a metal on/off lever or use a stronger plastic that is suitable for the weather. You provide spare parts for various other products in your line up how about listing a replacement lever as an option. I can guarantee that EVERY customer who buys a flow control connector will be buying at least one, and most likely one every couple of years. Why do I persist with the product? Because its a great idea but it could be so much better. A lot of customers will be nodding at this review because its a fault that has been raised several times by other posters. Even my neighbor has a collection of broken Hose connectors with flow control which are now lever-less.”
