“I am extremely happy with your products. Wondering is there a part that goes on the hose the black rubber spray section. If there is would you please call me tomorrow so I may order a couple of these as the water on a couple of mine hoses isn't flowing out freely. It appears as if some of the small jets may be blocked. I am thinking could this part be worn out and due to be replaced. Thanking You. My other query is when retracting the hose both hoses are 30 metres long they don't retract all the way, leaving approximately between 1 and 2 metres not winding into the cover. I regularly clean the hoses as stated with a mild detergent wiping all 30 metres of the hose with the cloth. Last time I ordered my parts I explained this to the lady who took my order. She suggested to clean it again and if there was still a problem to let you know. I am now letting you know still having the same problem. Perhaps you can suggest how to fix this. Thanking you.
