“Had to buy a new one as the old one broke internally. The inside flange had broken and water leaking out the side. Brought for my mum but the hose link unit was over 12 ths old. I did notice the new design has changed so hopefully will not break. Yes keep improving the product. Have photos. Overall, still recommending hose link and waiting on your next specials.”
“I have had several of these over the past 7 years of adopting your system. I am finding that the control handle weathers very quickly & fractures. I think the design concept is good but maybe a bit more longevity from the handle would be a plus. In this time I have also purchased various designs of your flow control sprayers & do think your latest plastic designs are better than your metal ones.”
“I have found that after a year I need a new connector. Not sure why I am having this issue as I am not rough on using the spray which the connector supports.”

“Love this little fitting as it enables me to turn the tap on at the garage, unreel the hose and then connect it to a second hose so that I can water out the front of our house without either having to walk backwards and forwards to turn the first tap off or get drenched swapping hoses and connections.”
“Great idea and very handy.Unfortunately the quality is very poor. They fail regularly and always in the same place.The plastic ball valve. I have had 5 fail in this way. It has been a known problem for a long timeand absolutely nothing has been done to rectify it.If you could supply a replacement ball valve that would be a small step to rectifying the situation.When the last flow controller I purchased fails, and it will, I will no longerbe buying any products from Hoselink.”

This is a fitting which is constantly under review, due to the moving parts - it is more prone to failure.
