“I first purchased hoselink quite some years ago after having a few problems with the usual water suppliers products. First thing I found was the price was a bit steep especially when one adds freight to the product. Still it was worth a try. My latest failures was a pair of hoselink taps. They have been in use for many years and finally developed a leakage under pressure. I tried to fix the problem and realised it was fruitless exercise. I contacted hoselink and was offered replacements. I was then advised here would be no charge. I was very happy with that answer and was really pleased with no freight as well. They arrived and I noticed a change of design that may improve or stop future leakage. No more leaks now. Also the hose fitting system has changed a little, now easier than before. I have been using hoselink now for several years and will not go back to other systems. Price is higher but quality and product backup is far superior.”
“You sent me one replacement unit as it was leaking and under warranty. The replacement fixed the leaking issue…. Only hope it remains leak free. Your records show that I purchased two 30 m reels and the other one is leaking at the same point. Please send me another one for the second unit. Part 2471 I think it is. If payment is required, let me know. Just want them to be in full working order.”
