“The connection was still working well but we discovered that it had a crack in it. I spoke to a Hoselink chat person and was told that a new one would be sent. I received this a few days later. Great service from Hoselink.”
“Overall great, read some reviews and same problem. Internal parts have design fault and hence don't have same standard as other fittings. I still think idea is great, just needs development. We aren't perfect so trial and error is part of development. Have attached photos. Thx. Is it possible to get replacement internal ball shaped part. Other parts still functional.”
“I love this product even if, being a 30ft hose, I still get some kinks. The head does sort of spray out to the side in some positions, and they had to replace a leaking section, which they did very promptly, but It is overall a great hose and I love to use it now, where with any other hose, I dreaded ever using them!”
