“I purchased this to replace the original that had internally disintegrated. I followed the instructions to assemble and attach the new product and 3 times it blew off when the hose was turned on. I then installed the old hose connections into the new product and that worked. So the issue with the product is the new split ring is too big to clamp onto the hose”
“This is to replace the broken ones. they are too brittle and the switch part is too thin. They snap after a while just from turning on and off. Very disappointed in this product as this is the fourth switch I have had to replace on my Hoselink products. I have four hoselink reels and everyone of the switches has broken with no ill treatment. The plastic is brittle.”
“Really have enjoyed the Hoselink systems. We originally bought 3 hose reels and overall very happy with the product. However all of the flow controllers have had the lug on the internal white ball valve break off causing water to shoot out through the side of the lever. We replaced the first one a year or so ago but now the other 2 have the same problem. Maybe this component should be made in a more robust material.”

“hi mate the hose link stuff is goodaussie madethe nozzle with different functions need the handle pulled apart and relubed alot So last time i filed it down and made it a bit smaller re lubed it and so far working well. Maybe make it a bit smaller in diameter. well im not to bright but,i purchased a solar light that changes colour when i got it out the box it was made in china.That was disappointing. And i got to highlight the plants in the garden Mate i wouldn't high light my finger if i stood under it.any way over all i like your productsjust a bad buy from me about the changing solar lightTony Hall0418686757”
